Not quite right? You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, in line with your statutory right of withdrawal under German law. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Most full-price items are eligible. The following cannot be returned:
Visit your account page to register a return and generate a pre-paid label. Pack items in their original packaging and drop at any accepted carrier location.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to display the refund.
