Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.
The following cannot be returned: swimwear, pierced jewellery, items marked final sale, and gift cards.
We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges can be arranged via the returns portal or by emailing info@wearsunkora.com.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to display the refund.
UK and EU returns are free — the portal provides a pre-paid label. For the rest of the world, customers cover return shipping.
